Open a new 500 x 500 canvas
copy paste the white frame
picture perfect EL 108
image re size by 11
image- rotate to right
using your magic wand click inside your frame
to get those marching ants
copy paste the lite blue paper
picture perfect PP 6
selections-invert-hit delete on key pad
selections-modify-expand by 6
deselect
move below the frame
click on your frame layer
open the film strip
picture perfect EL 59
image resize by 17
move the bottom of the strip in the middle of your frame
using your magic wand click on the first frame
holding shift down
u will click on each frame tell they are all highlighted
with the magic ants
open tube of your choice
I'm using very many
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer
move around tell as much of it u want in the film frames is showing
selections-invert-hit delete on key pad
deselect
click on your paper layer
add blobs

effects - drop shadow by
